With the Gymnastic Club along with the Powerhouse Alliance making major improvements to the Sloane Street building, it will see the club have increased room and therefore it be able to invite other clubs to compete.

The club will then be able to invite Mildura, Ararat, Mount Gambier, Portland, Hamilton, Ballarat, Ouyen and Natimuk Clubs to compete in Stawell.

This increase in population at this time will see families, competitors and coaches spending money on accommodation, meals and shopping.

Club coaches have travelled to Warrnambool and Mount Gambier this year to further improve their skills which will greatly impact on the club.

This, along with the major building project to start soon, grants received from Safeway Stawell and Northgate Stawell Gold Mines, and an increased interest in gymnastics during the Olympic year, will see the club continue to improve.
